Features

Panda Markham Condos is an ambitious project that involves the building of five residential towers on 5.8-acre of land. The condo towers will be high-rises of varying height –28, 32, 38, 43 and 48 storeys. There will be a total of 2,206 residential units in the five towers with a generous unit layout that will include one, two and three bedroom units. There will be 982 1-bedroom units, 1,118 2-bedroom, and 106 3-bedroom suites in the condominiums. The condos will include over 47,400 ft2 of indoor and an equal space for outdoor amenities. 

The podiums on each building will be of different height and will include amenities for the residents and possibly retail spaces. Prominently, the expansive connected podium of two towers of Panda Markham Condos will include over 860 m2of retail spaces. Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the condos are contemporary in appearance with stepbacks to allow for outdoor green spaces within the condominium towers. The tallest Tower A of 48 storeys face Warden Ave. The tower of 43 storeys and 38 storeys are situated behind Tower A forming a group of three towers that are situated east of Courtyard Ln. The remaining two towers of 32 and 28 storeys face towards Cedarland Dr and S Town Centre Blvd respectively, and fall on the left side of Courtyard Ln. This massive project by Lifetime Developments is all set to revitalise life at Markham’s Unionville neighbourhood.
