AKRA Living is a new high-rise condominium development by Curated Properties in Toronto. This 2-storey pre-construction project with 211 units is located at 109 Erskine Ave, north of Yonge Street and Eglinton Ave East, between Yonge and Mt Pleasant Rd.

AKRA Living Condos will be just minutes from the vibrant Yonge and Eglinton Square where residents can find everything they need in one convenient location. They will also be surrounded by some of the best public transit in the city including the highly-anticipated Eglinton Crosstown LRT.
There will be 211 residential units in the development. Suites are expected to feature open-concept layouts that will span from 429 to 1121 square-feet to accommodate various lifestyles including young professionals to growing families. Every unit will have either a balcony or private terrace. There will be setbacks on the lower levels and the upper levels to make room for wrap around private terraces. There will be over 2,800 square-feet of indoor amenity space and over 1,000 square-feet of outdoor amenities.
Both indoor and outdoor amenities will be located on the seventh floor which will include an outdoor terrace. Although the details of the amenities have not yet been confirmed, we do know that they will accommodate residents of all ages. This development will feature a mix of modern and traditional architectural elements including red brick on the lower levels, wide terraces, large floor to ceiling windows and modern elements on the upper levels. Some of the schools close by include John Fisher Junior Public School, North Toronto Collegiate Institute, Northern Secondary School, Eglinton Junior Public School and Manor Montessori School.
Another benefit of investing in this area is its close proximity to public transit. This location scores a high 86 out of 100 on its Transit Score which means that residents will have access to convenient public transit. Residents can walk to Eglinton Station in just 10 minutes from this development. This station currently runs on the TTC Subway’s Yonge-University Line 1. This station can take commuters to Union Station in less than 20 minutes. In addition to this corridor, this station will also soon connect to the future Eglinton Crosstown LRT which means residents will have more options to travel around the city and the completion of this transit line will greatly increase the value of the property for investors.
